Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 6–15 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. At Corazil, each order is carefully reviewed and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Corazil ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What currency are orders charged in?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment was declined, double-check that your billing details match your card information. You can also try another payment method. If the issue persists, your bank may have blocked the transaction for security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How do I request a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@corazil.com and include your order number. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Are there any restocking fees?
No, Corazil does not charge restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs when returning items due to a change of mind.

Troubleshooting

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier and then reach out to us for assistance.

I received the wrong item.
We’re sorry about that. Please email us at support@corazil.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll quickly arrange to send the correct item at no extra cost.
